Pretty Girls Make Graves follow up the release of their latest album ‘Elan Vital’ (Matador) with a stint
as X-Posure’s new Artists In Residence, and thus provide us with four exclusive session tracks to be
heard across the week. Meanwhile Jawbone will be a very special live bank holiday studio guest, and
a brand new X-Posure Big One will be revealed for the week ahead.

Ahead of the release of his brand new album, Adem will be a very special studio guest on tonight’s
show. Former Hefner/The French songwriter Darren Hayman will also be in for a One Night Stand
to celebrate the release of his debut solo album, ‘Table For One’, and there’ll be more from this week’s
Artists In Residence Pretty Girls Make Graves, alongside a second chance to hear this week’s
X-Posure Big One.

Another packed show includes a One Night Stand from Scottish collective Union Of Knives, to
celebrate this week’s release of their second single, ‘I Decline’. Meanwhile, Tim and Toby of
Transgressive Records will be live in the studio to talk about a forthcoming label retrospective
compilation, which includes music from the likes of The Rakes, Burning Pilot, Bloc Party and
Polytechnic. There’ll also be a third exclusive session track from Artists in Residence Pretty Girls
Make Graves, the X-Posure Big One will be spun once again, and finally, Leeds Dance To The Radio
duo Yes Boss provide us with an exclusive showcase mix.

The mammoth annual Camden Crawl takes place tonight in town, with hundreds of bands taking to
various stages across North London’s favourite musical hotspot. Xfm X-Posure once again lays on a
hot feast of new talent at the Barfly, with The Spinto Band, Cazals, The Rogers Sisters and The
Sunshine Underground set to appear live, both onstage at the Monarch and on the radio, on 104.9fm
in London, and 97.7 in Manchester.
